Free Course – Developed in partnership with Dr Amy Irwin from Aberdeen University, this course focuses on the delivery of essential non-technical skills on farms. Over familiarity can often lead to complacency.

Handheld Hedgecutters

1 Day integrated City & Guilds NPTC Training and assessment for the safe operation of Handheld Hedgecutters. The qualification is aimed at but not exclusive to those who use Handheld Hedgecutters as per of their work either in horticulture, arboriculture, or forestry

Introduction to Agricultural Vehicles

This course could be used for new starter inductions, new contractors or refresher for existing employees and contractors.

Brushcutters and/or Trimmers

1 Day integrated City & Guilds NPTC Training and assessment for anyone who operates a Brush cutter (fixed blade) & or Trimmer (nylon cord) in the horticulture, forestry, landscaping, and grounds maintenance industry.  

Abrasive Wheels

This course is suitable if you need to become proficient in safely operating an Abrasive Wheel machine. The training has been developed for those who already hold an operator ticket and wish to refresh their learning are able to via our Remote learning delivery.
