A good return on investment (ROI) for training is achieved when the benefits of the training programme outweigh the costs incurred. This goes beyond just monetary gains and includes enhanced employee performance, increased productivity, and improved overall organisational effectiveness. Effective training should align with company goals, and address specific skill gaps. A key indicator of a positive ROI is the measurable improvement in employee skills and capabilities, translating into enhanced job performance. Ultimately, a good ROI for training not only showcases immediate financial gains but also contributes to the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the organisation in a dynamic business landscape. ...
